INTRODUCING A CHANGE TO OUR AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE

We all know businesses are experiencing staffing difficulties and veterinary practices are no different.

As a result, we’ve found it necessary to make a change in our after hours service.

After hours, our phones will be answered by Guardian Vets, a veterinary-specific phone triage service. Guardian Vets is staffed by Certified Veterinary Technicians (nurses) with a minimum of 3-5 years of emergency hospital experience. They will take messages, speak to you about your concerns, and advise you whether your pet needs immediate care or not. Should your pet need immediate care, they have a list of emergency facilities that WE recommend.
